Governor Jim Doyle has declared November 10-14, 2008 as Wisconsin’s Winter Awareness Week. The annual campaign is sponsored by Wisconsin Emergency Management and the National Weather Service to remind people to be prepared for winter conditions that can threaten their safety.What does this mean for you.
